You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Obtain return authorization before sending your item. Our return address is: kynextic, 18 Allée Du Lac, 86580 Vouneuil-sous-Biard, France. Our team will confirm return instructions and the address with your authorization.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if available. The unused and original-packaging conditions for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting these issues. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate return and refund assistance.
Return shipping & fees
We cover return shipping when the return results from our error, damage or a defect. You pay return shipping when you change your mind. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
